The National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC) on Thursday, 3rd September 2026, interacted with a human resource consultant, to receive and review the draft NCDC Staff Training and Development Policy.
The engagement provided an opportunity for the consultant, Elizabeth Kintu Mukalazi, to present the draft policy and for NCDC to receive the document for further review and consideration. The policy is intended to provide a structured framework for staff training and professional development, supporting continuous learning, skills enhancement and improved institutional performance.
The engagement underscored NCDC’s commitment to strengthening staff capacity and fostering a culture of continuous professional development in line with the Centre’s mandate and institutional priorities.
