The National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC), in collaboration with the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), engaged Vice-Chancellors and other higher education stakeholders on the proposed Upper Secondary Curriculum Framework. The consultative meeting, held at NCHE on 18
th June 2026, provided a platform for higher education leaders to discuss the proposed framework and its implications for university admissions, curriculum alignment, assessment and learners’ transition from secondary to higher education.
