The National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC) is a corporate autonomous statutory body/agency under the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Sports (MoEST&S) responsible for the development of educational curricula for primary, secondary and some tertiary institutions in Uganda.

The National Curriculum Development Centre was established by statute (the NCDC Act Chapter 135, Laws of Uganda, and Revised Edition 2000). A new bill that revises most of the provisions of the existing law however is now on the floor of Uganda Parliament although the institution has existed since 1973, when it was first established by Decree.
